About The Position
We are looking for a Sales Representative who is good with people and is currently underpaid. This role offers pre-set appointments for homeowners who have already contacted us, ensuring warm leads. The company focuses on providing solutions rather than competing on price. Top representatives can earn over $100,000 annually with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel daily across Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Villages service area
- Experience selling roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, pest control, real estate, timeshare/vacation ownership, or big-ticket in-home consultations (closets, security, home design)
- Experience owning and running your own service business and selling the work yourself
- Experience earning a commission check by convincing someone face-to-face
- Ability to read a room, earn trust, and get to yes
