About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Representative who is good with people and looking for an opportunity to earn more. This role offers pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already contacted us, eliminating the need for cold calling. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. We provide a supportive work environment and a clear career path for motivated individuals. This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
Hold a valid Florida driver's license.
Have reliable transportation.
Ability to travel daily across the service area.
Experience in sales, particularly in roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, pest control, real estate, timeshare/vacation ownership, or big-ticket in-home consultations.
Experience owning and running a service business and selling work directly.
Proven ability to earn a commission check by convincing someone face-to-face.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
Willingness to learn and follow our training program.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience in gutters.
Experience serving, running a business, or working in a trade where you've spent years reading a room, earning trust, and getting to yes without calling it 'sales'.

Responsibilities

Conduct property assessments to identify customer needs.

Close sales.
Travel daily across the service area (Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Villages).
Build your own book of business through referrals and networking with realtors, property managers, GCs, and past customers.
