About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Representative for The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, a nationally recognized brand and a Certified Great Place to Work. You will be provided with pre-set appointments, allowing you to focus on assessing customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. We offer uncapped commission with a tiered structure, providing significant earning potential for high performers. Requirements

  • Proven in-home sales experience, preferably in gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar industries.
  • Ability to sell value rather than the lowest price.
  • Skill in handling common sales objections (e.g., "I need more quotes," "talk to my spouse," "the other guy is cheaper").
  • Punctual, presentable, and self-managed.
  • Motivated by uncapped earnings.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Possess a valid Florida driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within Central Florida.

  • Experience with gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar home improvement sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads.
  • Assess customer needs and present appropriate gutter solutions.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating value and solutions.
  • Manage appointments efficiently within assigned geographical areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with past customers, realtors, property managers, and other referral sources.
  • Generate personal leads to earn higher commission tiers.
