Requirements
- Sales experience
- An insurance license is not required to start. We'll take care of the licensing process and cover the cost, with most new team members becoming licensed within 2 weeks!
Responsibilities
- Start each day in our state-of-the-art Scottsdale office
- Grab a fresh cup of coffee to kick off the morning
- Attend a sales meeting focused on sharpening skills and fueling growth
- Put on your headset and begin connecting with clients to help find them the right health insurance coverage and make a real difference in people's lives
- Close deals and watch your commissions grow
- Regroup with your team at the end of the day to celebrate wins and prepare to do it all again tomorrow
