JOB SUMMARY: Grow an opportunistic territory and position Berger products using your proven consultative selling skills. Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted accounts. Represent Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and networks. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Advisors, etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Maintain a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry feedback. Manage customer needs through an established, results-driven sales process.
