We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dealer Sales Representative to grow and support our dealer network. This role is responsible for building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring our dealers have the tools, pricing and support needed to succeed. Requirements

  • Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 1 year of prior sales or business development experience within the construction industry and hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Network in our Industry – You have a working knowledge of our industry, and already have an established network of relationships with potential to expand your reach
  • Deliver Results - You always find a solution when a challenge is presented and deliver it.
  • Communicate Exceptionally – You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Put in Work – The opportunities excite you, and you’re ready to put in the hard work and dedication to succeed
  • Focus on the Details – You have a meticulous eye for detail and never miss a deadline
  • Relate to our Customers - You develop close relationships with your customers and treat them like family
  • Solve Problems – You are passionate about selling products to help customers’ overcome problems and provide them with a solution
  • Meet the Physical Demands – You’re able to lift at least 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and 100 pounds on an occasional basis

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Organize your time around competing demands to meet agreed upon sales targets.
  • Become an expert on our products and services while leading business development efforts, such as: following up with incoming leads, scheduling meetings with prospective customers and cold calling.
  • Close deals and advocate for your customers by providing them with resources and tools that meet their needs.
  • Spend time out in the field proactively developing relationships and keeping customers up to date on their order status, managing deliveries and any account-related issues with timely resolution.
  • Generate leads within the local community by walking into businesses and setting appointments.
  • Design and present solutions-driven materials that align with our desired growth and sales metrics.
