We are looking for a hungry, dedicated sales rep with the desire to surpass established goals using our proven systems to succeed in a recession-proof industry. The Sales Representative position is W-2, full-time, with a base salary and commission with uncapped earning potential. Requirements

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after the training period ends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to climb a ladder multiple times a day
Ability to walk on roofs
Ability to use iOS & Windows
Eager and willing to learn new systems and methods
Reliable transportation & Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Inspect and document properties for storm damage
Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
Walk customers through the insurance process
Meet with insurance adjusters
Follow the Element Roofing sales system: roleplaying, learning closing techniques, etc.
Showcase building materials/samples for home repairs
Achieve sales and profitability goals
Create material and work orders
Communicate with the production team and office staff
Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance
