About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue through the sale of services and parts throughout Indiana. This role focuses on developing new business, supporting existing customers, and delivering timely, solution-based offerings that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, utilities, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of services and/or parts sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Willingness to travel within Indiana

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales of services and parts with contractors, municipalities, developers, and utility customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline within Indiana
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing; follow up on all inquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activity daily
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, solution-based support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and service delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support marketing efforts, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives
