About The Position

Cascade Fence and Deck is a rapidly growing outdoor living company in the PNW, specializing in fences, decks, patio covers, and saunas. The company values grit, humor, ownership, accountability, and mutual care among its employees. They are aiming for $50M in revenue and are seeking to build the team to achieve this goal. This is a professional, field-based sales role focused on representing the brand with confidence, accuracy, and integrity. The company generates strong lead flow, and the sales representative's primary function is to convert these opportunities into well-scoped, well-sold projects that Operations can execute smoothly. Close collaboration with Marketing and Operations is essential for clear communication, seamless handoffs, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
