About The Position

As an ENT Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products. You will systematically track your territory progress, communicate findings with your Regional Manager, and strive to exceed goals. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff about the proper use and maintenance of our products. You will meticulously manage and maintain your sample inventory of products and be prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. This role is for individuals who love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or business-to-business sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Experience selling in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience working in or supporting the Operating Room (OR) environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Competitive, driven background (athletics or similar high-performance environments strongly preferred).
  • Education or training in a medical, scientific, or technical field.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environments.
