About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and guiding clients through the entire sales process for ready mix concrete. The Sales Representative will collaborate with various internal teams, represent the company at events, and support teammates. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction/building materials industry.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage schedule and priorities independently.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites and customer locations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to upholding SRM Concrete’s values of service, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Seek out untapped opportunities and open new doors for ready mix concrete sales.
  • Connect customers with the best ready mix concrete solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and become an integral part of their project planning.
  • Manage the entire sales journey from initial contact to final sale.
  • Develop and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control teams.
  • Represent SRM Concrete at networking events and in the community.
  • Support teammates and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
