About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, highly motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. This position will be responsible for making high volume outbound cold/warm calls and sending follow-up emails to companies with the goal of selling large quantities of packaging. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven entrepreneurial individual with an aggressive, sales-oriented mentality.

Requirements

Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles and pursue desired results
Strong organizational and listening skills
2+ years aggressive inside sales/customer service experience
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Talent to work effectively with minimal supervision
Basic math skills and proficiency in windows-based operating systems
Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day
Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

Ability to communicate effectively with all departments regarding sale of products
Research accounts, identify client needs and requirements
Ability to meet or exceed quota
Maintain and expand your book of business
Make product recommendations to customer base
