About The Position

As a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR), you will be responsible for U-Box containers and ensuring that customers are provided with friendly and courteous service. Experience a rewarding job and a caring company culture with U-Haul. This role involves operating a flatbed truck and a forklift to load, unload, and transport storage containers to and from customer locations on local routes. You will also participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Requirements

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
