About The Position

We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join FreeLink Interpreting LLC and expand our network of organizations that require professional interpreting and language-access services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified business prospects, contacting decision-makers, introducing FreeLink’s interpreting solutions, and converting qualified leads into new client accounts. You will focus on organizations such as hospitals, healthcare practices, law firms, courts, government agencies, schools, insurance organizations, and businesses that serve limited-English-proficient clients.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or account management preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other professional outreach channels.
Strong ability to identify and communicate with decision-makers at healthcare facilities, medical practices, law firms, courts, government organizations, and businesses.
Experience qualifying leads based on client needs, service requirements, budget, and purchasing authority.
Strong knowledge of sales follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and pipeline management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to clearly explain remote medical interpreting and onsite medical, legal, and court interpreting services.
Comfortable using CRM systems to record prospects, communications, follow-ups, opportunities, and client information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and video-conferencing platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling professional services, healthcare services, language-access solutions, staffing, or related services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Research and build targeted lists of potential B2B clients requiring interpreting services.
Identify decision-makers such as practice managers, HR managers, office administrators, procurement personnel, and operations managers.
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and professional follow-ups with prospective clients.
Explain FreeLink’s remote and onsite interpreting services, including medical, legal, and court interpreting solutions.
Qualify prospects based on their language-service requirements, organization size, service volume, and purchasing needs.
Schedule discovery calls or service consultations with qualified prospects.
Prepare and send service information, proposals, pricing information, and follow-up communications.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead, contact, and opportunity information in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects who have requested additional information or proposals.
Work with operations and interpreting teams to ensure prospective clients receive accurate information about available services.
Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
Track outreach activity, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and closed accounts.
Meet established monthly and quarterly sales-development targets.
