About The Position

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a driven and determined Sales Representative to build their career and grow their earning potential. This role offers significant income growth based on performance-based earnings. The company provides an opportunity to learn the business, develop sales skills, and increase earning potential. Average Year 1 earnings range between $70,000-$100,000, with Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. The company provides a vehicle stipend and logo gear in addition to a benefits package. The Sales Representative will spend their days canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and promoting high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This independent role requires strong time management and problem-solving skills. The representative will engage with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, perform roof inspections, explain services, and encourage bookings. Sales progress will be tracked and strategies adjusted to close deals.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
