About The Position

In this role, you will engage directly with potential clients in their homes. You'll independently manage every step of the sales process, from initial introductions to closing deals. Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess reliable transportation.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have a mobile device with cellular data.
Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to quickly read people and build genuine rapport.

Responsibilities

Travel to meet prospective clients in their homes, building immediate rapport and trust.
Identify potential clients and present tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the first conversation to securing the sale.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Proactively manage your schedule and daily activities to maximize client interactions and sales opportunities.
Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets.
