About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative for their Ready Mix Concrete division in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build lasting relationships, identify new opportunities, and connect customers with high-quality ready mix concrete solutions. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales journey, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control, to provide a seamless customer experience. The role also involves representing SRM Concrete at networking events and within the community.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage schedule and priorities independently.
  • Eager to learn and grow in product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs.

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites and customer locations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
