About The Position

Gaskets-N-More / Gasket Guy is looking for a dependable, motivated Outside Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team in Las Vegas. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and our office team, taking measurements, and learning the products and services we provide.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic math, reading, and writing abilities.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely carry normal-sized work materials.
• Ability to pass any site-specific access or security requirements applicable to customer locations.
• Applicants must meet the background and security requirements of our customers and work locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to take measurements and provide estimates.
• Read and accurately use measuring devices and tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
• Complete basic math, reading, and writing tasks.
• Maintain accurate measurements, notes, and job information.
• Carry normal-sized work materials such as clipboards, measuring devices, and gaskets.
• Safely enter and work at a variety of customer locations, including schools, major casinos, and detention facilities.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and workplace requirements.
• Work independently after completing training.
