About The Position

Miracle-Ear is seeking a Sales Representative to lead sales of hearing aids and perform comprehensive hearing evaluations. The role includes training to obtain a professional license and develop into a Hearing Care Professional. The representative helps customers rediscover the emotions of sound through personalized product recommendations, customer education, and a purposeful customer experience. The position reports to the Area Manager and requires commuting between Fremont, Cupertino, and Gilroy. Compensation is an earning potential of $80,000–$100,000, including a $40,000 base salary while obtaining a license and an uncapped commission structure. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
