About The Position

TurboTenant is looking for an Autopilot Sales Representative Specialist to join their team in Colorado. This role involves building relationships, closing deals, and solving problems. It is a full contributor role within a high-velocity pod, responsible for the entire property placement pipeline from end-to-end. The position is hybrid, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and combines sales execution, owner communication, and product knowledge to convert leads into long-term partners. The Sales Representative Specialist will represent the Autopilot product, guide owners through the platform, and contribute to improving team workflows.

Requirements

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where priorities shift daily and execution matters.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the TurboTenant brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
  • High curiosity and quick-learning capability—ability to pick up new tools, software, and workflows with minimal repeated guidance.
  • Comfort asking thoughtful questions and seeking alignment early rather than guessing or stalling.
  • Must be available to work weekends and have flexibility for occasional schedule shifts based on team needs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, property management, leasing, or high-touch customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Own the placement pipeline end-to-end with urgency and precision, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly targets across all stages, from lead conversion to property listing and tenant placement.
  • Lead fluent, warm, and professional interactions with property owners, quickly identifying pain points, navigating complex conversations with confidence, and building trust to turn prospective leads into dedicated partners.
  • Walk owners seamlessly through the platform and live feature flows, leveraging AI tools and internal systems to handle product questions independently, maintain accurate account documentation, and operate efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot friction points independently before escalating, and when surfacing challenges to the pod lead, provide full context, attempted steps, and a clear point of view on how to solve the issue.
  • Proactively identify friction in existing workflows, propose smarter solutions, and implement improvements that elevate the whole pod, treating process building as a core job responsibility.
