South Shore Subaru, a top-performing dealership within the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is actively seeking Automotive Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants / Product Specialists to join our fast-growing team. Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or customer service)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and explain features, options, and benefits
  • Present pricing, financing options, and close sales
  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and generate referrals
  • Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Deliver a customer-first experience to drive repeat business and high CSI
