As a Sales Representative, Reproductive Medicine at Ferring, you will play a critical role in educating physicians and clinicians in therapies that help individuals and families build families. Drawing on your clinical insight and fertility market understanding, you will educate healthcare professionals on Ferring’s Reproductive Medicine portfolio to drive adoption and achieve or exceed sales goals. In this field-based role, you will own all sales activities within your assigned territory by building trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and clinic teams. By combining science‑based education with authentic connection, you’ll drive adoption, deliver value to customers, while contributing to outcomes that truly matter. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Previous Fertility Nursing experience strongly preferred.
  • Specialty Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge a plus.
  • Successful Sales Experience is a plus.
  • Clinically proficient

  • Fertility Market Understanding.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must live in the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio to attain or exceed established sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain interactive relationships with market access team and home office staff.
  • Establish and maintain an effective relationship with clinicians and clinic support staff, to provide education and support Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio.
  • Submit complete timely reports: sales, expenses, market information, competitive activity to District Manager.
  • Maintain communication with peers, the region and corporate headquarters with respect to field opportunities and barriers, sales and marketing insights, and competitive information.
  • Represent Ferring at Professional Conferences
