About The Position

The objective of the position is to develop and consolidate AbbVie's leadership in the assigned territory by identifying growth opportunities, early recognition of patients eligible for advanced therapy, and implementing strategies focused on raising the standards of treatment in psoriasis.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in health sciences, biological sciences, or administrative areas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience working with specialist physicians and strategic accounts.
  • Proficiency in commercial data analysis and territorial plan development.
  • Experience in Government.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dermatology, immunology, rheumatology, or biologics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with dermatologists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on patient, account, and market analysis.
  • Promote the importance of timely recognition of disease burden beyond BSA, incorporating factors such as quality of life and difficult-to-treat areas.
  • Execute business plans aligned with commercial and medical objectives.
  • Utilize segmentation tools to prioritize high-potential physicians and accounts.
  • Implement strategies to increase early adoption of advanced therapies.
  • Analyze performance indicators and generate action plans to maximize opportunities.
  • Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to improve patient access.
