About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Twin Falls is seeking a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop into a Finance (F&I) position within the dealership. It is an in-store sales role with the chance to gain hands-on finance experience and advance into a full-time F&I role. The dealership has recently moved into a modern, high-capacity facility, leading to rapid business growth. This position offers a clear path to becoming a Finance Manager, increased earning potential due to higher inventory and volume, a smaller, focused team with greater opportunities, a high-traffic location with an upgraded showroom, and a leadership team dedicated to performance and growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales performance and gross production
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
• Either prior F&I exposure OR high aptitude to learn finance quickly
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven for career advancement
• Team-oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• High-performance automotive sales
• Support F&I operations as needed one day per week
• Assist with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency
