About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Twin Falls has moved into a modern, high-capacity facility – and business is growing rapidly. We are looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional who wants to take the next step and develop into Finance (F&I). This is an in-store sales role with the opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience and grow into a full-time F&I position. This is a rare opportunity for a top-tier sales performer to elevate into finance. You will earn at a high level on the floor while gaining real F&I exposure, with a clear, intentional path to Finance Manager as the store continues to grow. Increased inventory and volume mean more deals and earning opportunities. You will join a smaller, focused team with a greater share of opportunities in a high-traffic location with an upgraded showroom and processes. Our leadership team is focused on performance, accountability, and growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales performance and gross production
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
• Either prior F&I exposure OR high aptitude to learn finance quickly
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven for career advancement
• Team-oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused role with Finance Development
• Primary responsibility is high-performance automotive sales
• Support F&I operations as needed 1 day per week
• Assist with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency
