About The Position

Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Sales Representative II. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business. The Sales Rep II is accountable for serving as a primary point of contact for customers, sales, and market development. Data analysis and negotiation skills are regularly utilized to identify potential areas of expansion, develop prospective new customers, and maximize existing sales opportunities. Execution and application of sales initiatives, policies, and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives is necessary to meet annual company and individual goals. Responsible for managing customer accounts, processing RFQs/orders, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth through responsive sales support and account management. Most importantly, you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel / reporting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers.
  • Respond to RFQs (requests for quote) in a timely manner.
  • Prepare pricing and quotations.
  • Follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shortages, delays, or returns.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales / Account Managers.
  • Review customer spend trends and buying patterns.
  • Support contract pricing and long-term agreements.
  • Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers on delivery commitments.
  • Expedite late orders and manage backorders.
  • Provide order status updates and shipment tracking.
  • Assist with inventory solutions and stocking programs.
  • Maintain CRM / ERP records.
  • Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline.
  • Support month-end revenue goals and AOP targets.
