The sales team offers LEED consultation, code compliance, access control system integration, product research and selection, specification writing services, and technical support to ensure well-functioning doorway systems in the commercial building industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.

Responsibilities

Calling on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction and Planning Departments within an end user account.
Partnering with local selling partners including wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize positive impact with end user accounts.
Relationship and technical solution selling within the commercial construction, multi-family, and property management market segments to gain approval for the product lines represented by Door Security Solutions.
Communicating effectively with a variety of decision makers and influencers including locksmiths, facility managers, IT networking managers, and executives.
Developing short and long-term sales plans.
Identifying and classifying the sales potential of each client.
Establishing a network of clients with a high level of trust, developing relationships quickly and easily.
Selling opening solutions using a communication approach that can be effective with a diverse audience.
Applying discovery abilities including prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs, and presenting solutions.
