About The Position

LLC Hub, a division of GBS Group, specializes in helping entrepreneurs and executives build better businesses through comprehensive Start-Up Services. These services include company state registration, EIN requests, registered agent and virtual address services, compliance services like annual report filing and corporate obligations notification, and tax support. Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., event tickets, gym memberships, subscriptions, or similar B2B/B2C services).
  • 3+ years of direct closing experience in high-volume, short sales cycle environments (same-day close or sales cycles under 30–45 days).
  • Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and consistently close deals.
  • Experience selling service-based offerings to inbound and warm leads.
  • Experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent communicator over phone and video conference in Spanish and English, with a great ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time and an organized sales pipeline.
  • Routine driven, open to learning new sales processes, and focused on finding solutions and creating simplicity for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects (mandatory daily KPI).
  • Educate prospects on LLC Hub's Start-Up Services and compliance offerings from an expert, consultative perspective.
  • Maintain a clear, accurate, and observable pipeline in the CRM, moving all prospects to the proper stage throughout the day.
  • Diligently document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM notes.
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.
