About The Position

The JM Family College Internship Program gives college students meaningful work experiences connected to their programs of study. Interns contribute to their teams, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture, and develop skills through learning opportunities and networking events. The Summer Internship Program runs from May 24, 2027, through July 30, 2027, and the ideal candidate is available to work full-time during that period.

As a Sales Reporting & Analysis Intern, you will contribute to reporting and field enablement initiatives supporting JM&A’s goal of leading the future of Finance & Insurance (F&I). The work focuses on identifying opportunities to improve reporting and better support the field team, particularly by reducing administrative tasks. Interns gain hands-on experience through projects and departmental initiatives while learning JM Family’s core values: Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Innovation, and Accountability.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field; candidates in related fields will also be considered.
• Have completed at least one semester of coursework.

Nice To Haves

• Study in a relevant field such as Business Data/Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration/Management, or Economics.
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI).
• Experience with HTML reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support field enablement tools and related reporting initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting.
• Categorize and label reporting content to support chat-based natural language selection.
• Contribute to efforts that provide additional support and resources for the field team.
• Help advance reporting initiatives designed to reduce administrative tasks for the field team.
