About The Position

The Financial Reporting Analyst Coordinator supports accounts receivable and financial reporting functions through cash application, payment research, invoice processing, and monthly billing activities. The role ensures accurate payment posting; researches payment and rate discrepancies; reviews payment details from clients and collectors; accesses banking information; and partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues. Candidates must reside in Ohio and be able to travel to the corporate office in Columbus, Ohio, once per month.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in cash posting, payment application, or accounts receivable.
2+ years of experience with invoicing, payment research, and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Must reside in Ohio and be able to travel to the corporate office in Columbus, Ohio, once per month.
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
