About The Position

The JM Family College Internship Program provides college students with meaningful work experiences related to their studies. Interns contribute to their teams, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture, and develop skills through learning opportunities, networking events, and other activities. As a Sales Reporting & Analysis Intern, you will contribute to reporting and field enablement initiatives supporting JM&A’s goal of leading the future of Finance & Insurance (F&I). The work focuses on identifying reporting improvements and providing greater support to the field team, including reducing administrative tasks. The internship is scheduled for May 24, 2027, through July 30, 2027. The position is full-time, with flexible working arrangements depending on business needs; arrangements may be revised based on associate performance, business need, and manager discretion.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field; candidates in related fields will also be considered.
• Have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program, May 24, 2027, through July 30, 2027.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred.
• Experience with HTML reporting is preferred.
• Relevant fields of study may include Business Data/Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration/Management, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Support field enablement tools and related reporting initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting.
• Categorize and label reporting content to support chat-based natural language selection.
• Contribute to efforts that provide additional support and resources for the field team.
• Help advance reporting initiatives designed to reduce administrative tasks for the field team.
