About The Position

Airtron Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Sales Rep - HVAC Technician to join our trusted team in Austin, TX, serving Austin and surrounding cities. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $18+, based on experience, plus monthly spiffs on equipment and accessory sales. You will work a full-time schedule, starting at 8 am until all calls are completed for the day. This role includes an on-call rotation, ensuring you remain an essential part of the team. You'll be dispatched directly from your home to job sites-no need to report to a central office before your shift, except for occasional meetings. As a Sales Rep - HVAC Technician, you will start your day by heading straight from home to your first job in the Austin area. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, always representing Airtron with professionalism and integrity. You will promote company-approved products and replacement options, offering trusted recommendations to homeowners. You will complete your service calls, handle on-call duties as assigned, and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from helping customers while working alongside a reliable and supportive team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2+ years of residential retail HVAC experience
• Ability to promote and sell company-approved products and replacement options
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Professional demeanor
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and supportive attitude
• Commitment to representing Airtron with integrity
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check
• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment drug testing
