Requirements

  • A passionate and experienced recruiter with a knack for identifying top sales talent.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach to engaging candidates.
  • At least two years experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably ADP.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead interviewing and hiring efforts for our sales teams, ensuring we attract the best talent to meet our growth objectives.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and evaluate top sales professionals who are eager to excel and contribute to our success.
  • Specialize in recruiting door-to-door (D2D) sales talent, ensuring we onboard motivated and capable individuals who thrive in direct outreach roles.
  • Oversee and monitor all assigned requisitions within ADP, maintaining an organized pipeline and ensuring timely placement.
  • Reach out to every applicant for each role, creating a positive candidate experience and fostering interest in our company.
  • Make intentional visits to specified markets to positively influence sales and outreach culture, building relationships and brand awareness in the community.
