We are looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter based in the DFW area who thrives on connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you will play a key part in building high-performing sales teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top outside sales professionals across multiple territories. Requirements

  • Must be in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
  • 1+ year of experience recruiting sales professionals or similar roles
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to connect effectively with candidates, hiring managers, leadership, and cross-functional partners to drive recruiting success.
  • Skilled at evaluating candidates for success in outside sales roles, assessing sales acumen, motivation, and relationship-building ability.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with proven ability to identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital recruiting platforms.
  • Candidate- and hiring manager-focused approach, ensuring a positive and professional recruiting experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Digitally proficient with applicant tracking systems and productivity platforms including Workday, LinkedIn, Excel, and Teams.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Workday ATS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage high-potential sales candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional networks while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and professional engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers, sales leadership, and HR to understand territory needs, ideal candidate profiles, and business priorities, supporting workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Evaluate candidates for success in outside sales roles, assessing sales acumen, relationship-building ability, motivation, and cultural alignment.
  • Utilize recruiting platforms and systems to track candidate activity, maintain accurate records, and manage recruiting workflows.
  • Monitor recruiting performance metrics including pipeline strength, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and success rates to continuously improve hiring outcomes
