About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote contract role supports high-volume hiring initiatives and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting for sales roles, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a temporary/contract role for 3 months.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven success recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Ashby ATS.
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions.
Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
