About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Columbus, OH. This role is crucial in changing lives by connecting great people with great jobs. As a Recruiter, you will brainstorm creative ways to attract candidates, utilize marketing skills for postings and social media, conduct interviews to find the right fit, build a candidate pipeline, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work
