About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter for a temporary assignment. This role is crucial in finding great people great jobs by utilizing creative thinking, marketing skills, and strong interview techniques. The recruiter will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, assessing candidates, and managing the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s. Requirements

  • Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
  • Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
  • Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VMS systems
  • Leadership exposure/experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
  • Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
  • Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
  • Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
  • Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
  • Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
