This role is for a recruiter who proactively identifies, attracts, and closes top-tier sales professionals and sales leaders, rather than waiting for applicants. The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to find passive talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
- Build relationships with passive candidates
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
- Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do
