About The Position

IQ Fiber is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Recruiter to build the teams that power our growth. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, this role owns full-cycle recruitment for IQ Fiber's sales organization across all three of our revenue engines – Residential, Community Development, and Commercial – partnering closely with sales leaders in every market we serve to source, engage, and close top-notch sales talent who win and stay. This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You'll keep a steady pipeline flowing for our field sales teams while running targeted searches for residential sales advisors, account executives and community development roles – bringing sales-minded urgency, a great candidate experience, and consistent, compliant hiring practices to every search.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years recruiting for sales roles (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success managing high-volume requisitions across multiple locations without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Experience recruiting both field or residential sales roles and B2B account executives.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outbound strategies to reach passive talent.
  • Working knowledge of sales compensation structures, including base, variable, and OTE.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and multi-state hiring compliance fundamentals.
  • Sales-minded and competitive – energized by goals, metrics, and a fast pace.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with genuine comfort advising and pushing back with hiring managers.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills – manages many open requisitions, markets, and hiring managers without dropping detail.
  • Clear, warm, and professional communicator – equally comfortable with candidates, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for all sales roles – from intake through offer acceptance – across Residential, Community Development, Commercial, and Sales Operations.
  • Partner with sales leaders at every level to understand hiring needs, market dynamics, and what top performers look like in each role – holding a consistent intake and pipeline review cadence.
  • Maintain an always-on pipeline for high-volume field sales roles, including Direct Sales Advisors and Senior Sales & Events Advisors, so open territories are filled quickly in every market.
  • Run targeted searches for Residential, Commercial and Community Development roles, including Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and Community Development Managers, using proactive outbound sourcing to reach passive talent.
  • Build market-by-market sourcing strategies – job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, local networks, schools, and hiring events – as IQ Fiber grows into new markets.
  • Write compelling, accurate job postings and partner with hiring managers to set up knockout screening questions before roles go live.
  • Conduct phone screens that evaluate sales ability, coachability, resilience, and alignment with IQ Fiber values, and present well-qualified candidates promptly.
  • Coordinate interviews that follow IQ Fiber's interview sequence for each role, making sure every candidate meets with at least two team members.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, consistent evaluation, and timely feedback, and help them sell the opportunity to top candidates.
  • Complete compensation analysis for every offer – including base, variable, and OTE – and route offers for approval within a 24–48 business hour turnaround.
  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience with clear communication, expectation setting, and timely follow-up at every stage.
  • Partner with HR Operations and hiring managers for a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding and first-day readiness.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics – time to fill, pipeline health, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, and new hire retention – and bring forward early risks and opportunities.
  • Review early-tenure retention for sales hires and share insights with sales and HR leadership to sharpen hiring profiles and selection.
  • Maintain accurate, timely candidate records and documentation in the ATS, keeping hiring practices consistent, compliant, and audit-ready across every state IQ Fiber operates in.
  • Cross-train and serve as a reliable backup for other recruitment and HR teammates, building coverage and continuity of service across the team.
  • Demonstrate and uphold IQ Fiber values; stay current on sales talent trends, employment law, and recruiting best practices; jump in to support broader HR projects and team coverage as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
