About The Position

Nexthink is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join their growing Sales and Marketing organization. This role will partner with Sales, Marketing, and G&A leaders in North America, driving talent pipelines through hands-on sourcing and managing the full recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The recruiter will act as a strategic advisor, develop diverse sourcing strategies, manage candidate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters), and participate in cross-functional projects related to diversity, employer branding, networking, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ Years of Proven Experience: Extensive experience in recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles for a dynamic SaaS organization is essential.
  • Partnership Mindset: Ability to consult, support, and provide solutions with hiring managers. Prior HRBP experience is a plus.
  • Industry Insight: Background in software, SaaS, IT industry with a genuine passion for technology.
  • Autonomous Workflow: Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruiting campaigns independently.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders as well as candidates.
  • Detail-Oriented: Robust organizational skills and the ability to follow through.
  • Confidentiality: Must exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

  • Prior HRBP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales, Service, and Marketing roles in the US, including sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing candidates.
  • Act as a consultative partner to senior hiring managers, helping them navigate the talent landscape and develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that enrich our talent pipeline with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Provide an exemplary candidate experience while identifying and mitigating potential candidate risks.
  • Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in our ATS, SmartRecruiters.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to propel the organization forward—such as diversity initiatives, employer branding, networking events, and onboarding enhancements.
