About The Position

TRM Labs is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to join their team. This role is crucial for scaling the go-to-market organization during a significant growth phase. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for Sales positions, partnering with sales leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure high-quality hires. The focus is on execution, speed, and quality, aiming to identify, evaluate, and engage top sales talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience that reflects TRM's culture and values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring Sales or go-to-market talent.
  • Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leaders and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines of high-performing sales candidates in competitive markets.
  • Ability to quickly understand sales profiles, talent markets, and business priorities.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a structured, proactive, and async-friendly working style.
  • Sound judgment, strong ownership, and comfort operating with urgency and ambiguity.
  • A candidate-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences across roles and levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or other complex B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer support, and close partnership with hiring teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and deliver against critical growth priorities.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber sales talent in competitive markets.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Create candidate experiences that reflect TRM’s culture, values, and high talent bar at every touchpoint.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, helping define what “great” looks like for sales talent.
  • Move with urgency while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the hiring process.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, advise hiring teams, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Support process improvements that help increase speed, quality, and consistency across Sales recruiting.
