Full-time and part-time sales and insurance agency development positions are available. With proprietary lead generation and training systems, agents can build their own business and earn based on their work. A leadership development program supports ambitious sales professionals who want to develop their own agency. Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving financial goals.

- Team-oriented approach and commitment to serving clients.
- Proven background in leadership or management within a business development role.
Nice To Haves
- Life and Health Insurance License (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Serve clients and families through sales of life insurance and financial services.
- Build and manage a business development operation.
- Meet with clients online using platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime.
- Develop an insurance agency through the leadership development program, if pursuing that path.
