About The Position
This is an in-the-field, face-to-face sales and project management role where your effort directly impacts your income. You’ll work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage, help guide them through the insurance restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish. Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding its DFW team and looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to build a six-figure career in one of the fastest-growing industries in Texas. This role is ideal for individuals who are hungry, coachable, and motivated by financial freedom.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited by performance-based income.
- Comfortable talking to new people and building trust quickly.
- Willing to work outdoors, climb ladders, and knock doors consistently.
- Valid driver’s license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval.
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory.
