Requirements

2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, project coordinator, or similar support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in production, events, or related industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage sales projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client communications
Track project status, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate sales records
Liaise between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation for internal and client-facing meetings
Monitor order fulfillment and follow up on outstanding items to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in identifying process improvements to streamline sales and project workflows
