Entry Level Sales & Project Advisor – Six-Figure First Year (90 Days Paid Training)
About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking hungry, competitive individuals to join their team as Roofing Sales Consultants/Project Advisors. This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face sales role where you will help homeowners by educating them, performing roof inspections, and guiding them through the insurance claim process. The role involves building your pipeline through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals, and closing deals to turn inspections into projects. You will work independently with the support of a world-class team and have the opportunity for fast-track promotion into leadership roles. Top performers can earn over $150K in their first year, with elite reps clearing over $500K.
Requirements
- Hungry and competitive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Pick-up truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders)
- Comfortable working outdoors
