About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated and driven individuals for a field-based sales and project management role in the Nashville market. This position offers the opportunity to build a high-income career by helping homeowners recover from severe hail and storm damage. You will work directly with homeowners, guide them through the restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as the company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and support.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
- Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
