The role involves working directly with homeowners, guiding them through the restoration process, and managing projects from start to finish. No prior roofing experience is required, as the company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and support. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)

Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
