Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join their vibrant team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who loves outdoor living and helping customers create beautiful spaces. The company has been enhancing Florida lifestyles for 55 years.
Requirements
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
- Must pass a background screening.
- Must pass E-Verify.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter).
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually for sales meetings.
