Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening ability.
• High energy and a people-person with a sales focus.
• Experience in a customer satisfaction environment.
• Availability to work a retail schedule.
• Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.

Nice To Haves

• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in turning their house into a home by providing sales expertise.
• Meet sales expectations to earn a sign-on bonus.
• Utilize Windows-based computer programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.
