About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a company with over 110 years of history and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, operates thirty-six stores across the United States. They are dedicated to providing customers with a quality experience and jewelry that will be treasured for generations, viewing jewelry as a means of expression, love, personality, and history. The store in Fashion Valley Mall is seeking a full-time sales associate who is energetic, committed to creating unforgettable moments, and enjoys building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry, watch sales, or other luxury sales. Sales Associates are self-starters, work well independently and in teams, and present merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a jewelry retail environment, or experience in a luxury retail environment
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
